Powerhouse vocal diva Simone Denny (formerly of the Platinum-selling dance music group Love Inc.) has begun recording her debut solo album with producers Jon Drew and Adam (DOOM) Sewell, for a spring 2013 release on Stereo Dynamite Recordings.
Adding to an impressive resume that boasts multiple Billboard chart-topping dance hits, numerous worldwide #1 singles, and Four Juno Awards; Simone’s new album features a more organic, stripped-down, and traditional R&B/Soul sound than her previous dance music collaborations.
“I grew up singing along to old Soul and Rock And Roll records with my parents around the house. That’s how I learned to sing,” says Simone. “Now, finally having the opportunity to create an album that reminds me of that wonderful time in my life, is something truly special to me.”
A first single from the album is expected early in 2013.
